These Terms and Conditions govern the custom production and sale of products under the GoldPinkBlue brand.

These Terms and Conditions are valid from: 20 January 2026

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions regulate the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer in the sale of children's learning towers and related products.
The buyer is a natural or legal person entering into a contract with the seller.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

Orders can be placed via the website, email, or other agreed method.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order.
All products are custom-made according to the buyer's specifications.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are determined according to the current price list or individual agreement.
The seller may require a deposit before production begins.
The deposit amount will be communicated upon order confirmation.
The remaining balance is due before delivery or shipment.
Payment is made via bank transfer or other agreed method.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time is approximate and depends on current production capacity.
The exact delivery date will be confirmed after the order is accepted.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond their control.

5. Withdrawal from Contract

As the products are custom-made according to the buyer's request,
it is not possible to withdraw from the contract in accordance with applicable law.

6. Complaints and Liability

The buyer is obliged to check the product upon delivery.
Any defects must be reported without undue delay via email or phone.
The following are not considered defects:
natural variations in wood grain
minor color differences
normal wear and tear
Complaints will be handled within the legal time limits.

7. Safety and Use

Products are intended for use by children only under adult supervision.
The buyer is responsible for following all safety instructions.
The seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use.

8. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are valid from the date of publication.
Legal relationships not covered by these Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
